| Jeffrey S. Levine, President, Levine Management Group, Inc. is a recognized specialist in real estate management, construction and development, of multi-family and senior citizen apartment communities. Over the years, the firm has managed in excess of $100,000,000 of real estate from pre-design through the completion of construction. Levine Management Group, Inc. currently manages in excess of 4,500 apartment units throughout southern California. Jeff has been involved in numerous aspects of these projects including project management, site acquisition and procurement, financial analysis, selection and supervision of architects and consultants, purchasing, oversight of permit processing and expediting, government regulatory compliance, monitoring of construction, and asset and property management. His professional affiliations have included membership in the Urban Land Institute, Building Industry Association of Southern California, California Redevelopment Association, Southern California Association of Non-Profit Housing, National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials, Assisted Housing Management Agents, and the World/Young Presidents’ Organization. Jeff has lectured on “How to Successfully Work With Government Agencies” before the California Redevelopment Association, and on “Providing Housing for at-Risk Families.” He has consulted for the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency and the Housing Authority for the City of Los Angeles. Prior to founding Levine Management Group, Inc. in 1997, Jeff was the President of Ronald Levine Construction & Investment Corp., which he joined in 1978. Earlier on, Jeff was a gerontological research assistant at the Andrus Gerontology Center, University of Southern California. He has served as an elected member of the Los Angeles City Community Action Board and as a board member and Vice President of the Assisted Housing Management Agents. Jeff is a member of the Program Advisory Board at Fremont College, School of Real Estate and Property Management, and is active in other civic and philanthropic organizations. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Southern California, a licensed California general contractor and real estate broker. Jeff is also a fourth generation Angeleno. The Levine family has been well known for the past seventy years throughout business, banking, politics and philanthropic organizations in the Los Angeles area. |
